Her power is her diamond pods which she uses the demons to destroy the Sailors. The first time I can't remember how she died, but the second time (she comes back as Tomoe's nanny and Hotaru doesn't like her). She died by Cyprine (one of the twins, red haired one) that killed her. She had sort of a crush on Tomoe.
